4 | Ounces | Tomato Sauce, Fire Roasted |
3 | Ounces | Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded |
1 | Teaspoon | Fresh Oregano |
1 | Each | Sub Roll, 8-Inch |
Directions
- Fry shrimp at 350°F to 165°F internal temperature till golden brown.
- Place the shrimp into a lightly toasted sub roll.
- Top with the fire roasted tomato sauce and sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese.
- Melt cheese under a broiler till golden.
- Sprinkle with fresh oregano.
