Directions
- Place warm dip into an oven proof casserole dish.
- Top with puff pastry.
- Brush egg over puff pastry.
- Bake in convection oven at 350° F for 10-15 min or until golden brown and internal temperature is 165°F.
- Serve with crostini for dipping.
