4 Ounces Seafood Sensations® (Item# 004530)
1 Each 12-inch Cheddar Tortilla
1 Each 12-inch Spinach Tortilla
6 Ounces Whipped Roasted Red Pepper Cream Cheese
2 Handfuls Spring Mix Lettuce
3 Each 8-inch Skewers
For Dipping: Ginger Soy Vinaigrette


  1. Using a spatula, thinly spread the red pepper cream cheese on tortillas.
  2. Add the Seafood Sensations® across both wraps.
  3. Add spring mix and roll each flavored wrap tightly as possible and wrap with plastic wrap
  4. Place wraps in the freezer for 30 minutes to chill and harden.
  5. Using a serrated knife, slice the pinwheels ¼-inch thick and alternate colors on the skewers.
  6. Serve with ginger soy dipping sauce for a cool appetizer your guests will love.
