Ingredients

1 Pound Seafood Sensations® (Item# 004530)
2 Cups Sushi Rice
1 Each Cucumber, Seeded, Julienned
1 Each Carrot, Julienned
8 Each Nori Sheets
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Wasabi Paste
1/4 Cup Pickled Ginger

Directions

  1. Place sushi rice on bamboo mat. Press rice into 6-inch square.
  2. Top with one nori sheet.
  3. Arrange Seafood Sensations, cucumber and carrots.
  4. Roll sushi, cut and serve with soy sauce, wasabi paste, and pickled ginger.
