Seafood Sensations® & Grits Sundae

Sundaes are for seafood. Add our Seafood Sensations® to a creamy, comfy Cajun seasoned sauce over cheesy grits in a sundae cup, and you’ll have to fight off the urge to eat it yourself before  serving it to your patrons.

Menu Part


3 Ounces Seafood Sensations® (Item# 004530)
1 Cup Prepared Cheese Grits
2 Teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
1 Each Shallots, Julienne
1/4 Cup White Wine
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
4 Tablespoons Butter, Divided
3 Each Tomatoes, Grape, Halved
1 Each Scallions, Chopped
To Taste Salt & Pepper


  1. In a pan add the shallots and wine and reduce till almost dry. Add the cream and reduce by 2/3rds take off the heat and swirl in 2 tablespoons of butter and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a separate sauté pan add 2 tablespoons of butter, sauté the Seafood Sensations® and tomatoes with the Cajun Seasoning.
  3. Add the Seafood Sensations® to the cream and serve over hot cheesy grits. Garnish with chopped scallions.
