
Seafood Kimchi Rice Balls
These bite-sized snacks combine Seafood Sensations® with spicy kimchi, wrapped up in sushi rice and coated with savory furikake. They’re a flavorful fusion that’s sure to spice up any menu!

4 | Ounces | Seafood Sensations® (Item# 004530) |
2 | Cups | Rice, Sushi, Prepared |
1/2 | Cup | Kimchi, Finely Chopped |
1 | Teaspoon | Toasted Sesame Oil |
1 | Tablespoon | Kewpie |
To Taste | Salt | |
To Taste | Pepper | |
1/4 | Cup | Furikake |
Directions
- Rough Chop the Seafood Sensations® and add the Kewpie, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Sauté the kimchi in the sesame oil and add it to the warm sushi rice.
- Take 2 tablespoons of the rice and gently pat it down in your hand. Add 1 tablespoon of the Seafood Sensations® filling to the center of the rice and top it with a little more rice and form into a ball shape.
- Roll each of the balls in the Furikake and serve slightly warm.
