Seafood Hushpuppies with Pepper Mojo

10 Each Mini Breaded Krabbycakes® .4 oz. (Item# 073555)
1/8 Cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
2 Tablespoons Green Bell Pepper
2 Tablespoons Yellow Bell Pepper
2 Tablespoons Shallots, Minced
1 Each Radish, Minced
1/4 Each Jalapeno, Minced
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
2 Teaspoons Lime, Fresh, Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Fish Sauce
1 Teaspoon Mint, Chopped
1 Teaspoon Cilantro, Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Orange, Fresh, Zest
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper


  1. Prepare the pepper mojo by mixing all ingredients together. This can be done a day ahead of time if desired.
  2. Prepare the Krabby Cake Minis per box instruction till 165°F internal temperature.
  3. Serve Krabbycakes hot with room temperature pepper mojo.
