Seafood Ceviche Verde Tostada

Spanish for “incredible taste”. There’s no cooking involved here and no need to marinate when you use Seafood Sensations®. Your guests will love this refreshingly crunchy treat that’s perfect or Cinco de Mayo and all summer long.

1/2 Cup Seafood Sensations® (Item# 004530)
1 Each Tomatillo, Husked and Rough Chopped
1 Each Garlic, Clove
2 Each Scallions, Chopped
1 Each Serrano Pepper, Seeded
1/2 Each Habanero Pepper, Seeded
3 Sprigs Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped
1/2 Each Avocado, Diced
1 Each Lime, Fresh, Juiced
To Taste Salt & Pepper
2 Each Tostada Shells, Corn
1/4 Cup Tomatoes, Seeded, Diced
1 Sprig Mexican Oregano


  1. Add the tomatillo, garlic, scallion, serrano and habanero pepper, cilantro and lime juice in a blender.
  2. Pulse blender to leave a little chunky. Remove from blender into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the Seafood Sensations®, diced avocado, salt and pepper. Build the tostadas and garnish with tomatoes and Mexican oregano.
