Seafood Cake Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

2 Each Gourmet Seafood & Crab Cake (Item# 057920)
2 Each Eggs, Large, Pan fried or Poached
1 Cup Potatoes, Baby Nibbler, Quartered
1/4 Cup Onion, Julienned
2 Each Bacon, Strips, Thick Cut, Chopped
1/4 Cup Old Bay Hot Sauce Infused Hollandaise
To Taste Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped bacon, onion and potatoes until bacon is fully cooked and potatoes have browned and softened.
  2. Remove mixture from sauté pan and add gourmet seafood cakes to remaining bacon drippings. Cook thoroughly on each side, flipping only once.
  3. Pan fry or poach eggs and season to taste.
  4. To serve, arrange bacon, potato, onion mixture on a serving dish of choice, top with eggs and gourmet seafood cakes, and drizzle ¼ cup Old Bay hot sauce infused hollandaise atop the meal. Garnish with finely diced bell pepper or microgreens and a sprinkling of Old Bay seasoning.
