Savory Seafood Pot Pie Pops

Creamy, comforting, and perfectly snackable! Our Seafood Sensations® is simmered with potatoes, onions, and Old Bay®, then tucked into flaky pie dough and baked until golden. Serve on a stick for a fun, handheld twist on a classic pot pie!

Ingredients

1/2 Pound Seafood Sensations® (Item# 004530)
As Needed Pie Dough, Prepared
2.5 Tablespoons Butter
1/4 Cup Onions, Finely Diced
1/4 Cup Celery, Finely Diced
3 Tablespoons Flour
3/4 Cup Vegetable Stock
1/2 Teaspoon Old Bay
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 Each Bay Leaf, Small
1/4 Cup Potatoes, Finely Diced
3/8 Cup Heavy Cream
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper

Directions

  1. Sauté the onions and celery in butter until tender. Whisk in the flour and stock. Simmer the stock, add the seasonings and bay leaf. Add the potatoes and simmer until tender, add the Seafood Sensations® and heavy cream. Simmer until mixture is smooth, thick and creamy. Adjust seasoning and let cool to room temperature.
  2. In the Pot Pie Pop Maker, cut and line the molds with pie dough. Set the pie pop sticks in the molds and add the filling. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until pop is golden brown.
