Savory Lobster Salad Monkey Bread Pull-A-Part

Made with Lobster Salad Sensations®, this savory pull-apart bread is loaded with gooey cheese and a garlic butter glaze. We can’t promise this won’t get a little messy, but it’s totally worth it as you pull apart each cheesy, lobster-filled bite for the ultimate snacking experience.

Ingredients

2 Pounds Lobster Salad Sensations® (Item# 004510)
2 Cans Biscuit Dough, Canned
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1 1/2 Sticks Butter
10 Each Garlic, Cloves, Chopped
1 Cup Parmesan, Grated
1/4 Cup Italian Parsley, Chopped
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper

Directions

  1. Melt ½ stick of butter in a sauté pan, add 4 cloves of chopped garlic and the Lobster Salad Sensations®. Season with salt and pepper and let cool.
  2. Sauté the additional butter and garlic in a pan. Do not brown the garlic. Add the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper. Generously, brush the inside of a bundt pan with some of the garlic butter.
  3. Cut each of the biscuit dough pucks in half. Stretch out the dough into round disks, add a generous amount of cheese and lobster mixture and seal the dough to form a ball.
  4. Brush each of the balls with the garlic butter and fill the bundt pan with the dough balls.
  5. Bake at 350° F for approximately 35 minutes. Let rest for approximately 15 minutes and flip the bundt pan onto a serving platter.
  6. Brush the additional garlic butter over the Monkey Bread and enjoy hot.
