Santa Fe Lobster and Seafood Chowder
A delicious blend of lobster and seafood, corn and onions in a light cream sauce. Garnished with tortilla strips.

4 | Cups | Half & Half |
1 | Cup | Heavy Cream |
1/4 | Cup | Butter |
1/4 | Cup | Cheddar Cheese |
16 | Ounces | Chicken Broth |
5.5 | Ounces | V-8 Vegetable Juice |
2 | Each | Green Onions, Chopped |
1 | Each | Jalapeño Pepper, Chopped |
3 | Tablespoons | Chili Sauce |
1/2 | Teaspoon | Old Bay Seasoning |
1/8 | Teaspoon | Cumin |
To Taste | Salt and Pepper | |
1 | Ounces | Sour Cream |
1 | Ounces | Tortilla Strips |
Directions
- Saute onions and jalapeño pepper in butter until onions are tender.
- Add chili sauce and Lobster Sensations® and heat through.
- Add corn and pepper blend and chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and add seasonings, cheese, V-8, cream and half & half.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream and tortilla strips.
