Salt and Pepper Twisted Calamari

Enjoy this quick and straightforward recipe with our delectable Twisted Calamari tossed with Asian salt and pepper. Then finished off by garnishing the dish with a lemon wedge and parsley.

6 Ounces Twisted Calamari (Item# 041260)
2 Ounces Peri Peri Sauce, Prepared
1 Each Lemon Wedge
Garnish Chopped Parsley
As Needed Asian Salt & Pepper Mix


  1. Fry the twisted to 350°F in oil and until golden and crisp and internal temperature is 165°F. Drain well.
  2. Place into a bowl and toss with Asian salt and pepper mix, you can buy this pre-prepared or make your own.
  3. Place onto a platter or bowl and serve immediately.
  4. Garnish with the lemon and parsley. Notes: Any topical put onto twisted calamari is best to do immediately after it comes out of the fryer.
