Salmon Poke

Menu Part


    1/2 Cup Sushi Smoked Salmon, Large Dice
    3/4 Cup Cooked White Rice
    1/8 Each European Cucumber, Halved Lengthwise, Thinly Sliced
    1/2 Each Pickled Radish, Sliced
    1/4 Each Carrots, Shredded
    1/4 Each Mango, Diced
    1 Pinch Chives, Chopped
    2 Tablespoons Sesame Soy Sauce


    1. Marinate the diced salmon for ½ hour in Sesame Soy Sauce.
    2. Add the rice to the bowl and arrange the cucumbers, radishes, carrots, mango and marinated salmon.
    3. Sprinkle the chives over the salmon and serve.
