Pollock Provencal

2 Each Oven Ready Breaded Pollock Fillets 2-3 oz. (Item# 075413)
1/2 Cup White Button Mushroom, Sliced
1/2 Cup Potato, Sliced Peeled and Par Cooked (Sliced Into ¼ In. Sliced Rounds)
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Package Knorr Lachs-Sahne Gratin
1/4 Cup Parsley, Chopped Curly
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil


  1. Cook pollock to package instructions until 165°F internal temperature.
  2. To Make Sauce: Heat sauté pan to med high heat and add olive oil. Sauté potato and mushrooms to add color from sear.Stir in Knorr’s seasoning sauce. (follow recipe on package) Add lemon juice and parsley.
  3. For plating: Spoon potato on plate leaving mushrooms in pan. Place 2 pollock fillets on a plate. Pour the mushroom and sauce over the pollock.
