Pollock Parmigiana

2 Each Craft Beer Battered™ Pollock Fillets 2-3 oz. (Item# 078612)
1 Cup Pasta, Al Dente
1/2 Cup Marinara Sauce
1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, Grated
2 Each Mozzarella, Fresh, Thin Sliced
1/4 Cup Parsley, Italian, Garnish


  1. Prepare the Craft Beer Battered pollock according to package instructions to a 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Top each piece of Pollock with 1 ounce marinara sauce, ½ tablespoon of parmesan and 1 slice of fresh mozzarella and place under broiler to melt cheese.
  3. Remove from broiler and plate to serve immediately.
  4. To serve, portion pasta on serving dish and spoon over hot marinara sauce. Place the two pieces of pollock atop the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley, and more cheese if desired
