Pollock Parmigiana

Ingredients
2 | Each | Craft Beer Battered™ Pollock Fillets 2-3 oz. (Item# 078612) |
1 | Cup | Pasta, Al Dente |
1/2 | Cup | Marinara Sauce |
1 | Tablespoon | Parmesan Cheese, Grated |
2 | Each | Mozzarella, Fresh, Thin Sliced |
1/4 | Cup | Parsley, Italian, Garnish |
Directions
- Prepare the Craft Beer Battered pollock according to package instructions to a 165°F internal temperature.
- Top each piece of Pollock with 1 ounce marinara sauce, ½ tablespoon of parmesan and 1 slice of fresh mozzarella and place under broiler to melt cheese.
- Remove from broiler and plate to serve immediately.
- To serve, portion pasta on serving dish and spoon over hot marinara sauce. Place the two pieces of pollock atop the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley, and more cheese if desired
