1 | cup | fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed |
2 | tablespoons | Champagne vinegar |
1 | cup | fresh mango, peeled & diced |
1/4 | cup | Extra Virgin olive oil |
1/2 | cup | honey |
2 | teaspoons | basil, chopped |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
- Combine pineapple, mango, vinegar, honey, and basil.
- Add oil slowly until combined.
- Adjust seasoning.
