Menu Part


3 tablespoons pine nuts
1.5 cups basil
3/4 cup Parmesan, fresh shred
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
salt and pepper


  1. Toast the Pine nuts in a dry sauté pan until they begin to lightly smoke.
  2. In a food processor, blend the pine nuts, basil, cheese, garlic and a pinch of sea salt. Once blended, with the processor still on med hi, slowly add the oil until you get a smooth creamy consistency.
