Pesto Ricotta Sauce

The perfect Sauce for our Lobster Pesto Pizza.

Menu Part


4.5 cups basil leaves, cleaned, packed
1.5 cups extra virgin olive oil
5 cloves garlic
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 cup ricotta cheese
black pepper to taste
sal to taste


  1. Combine garlic, basil and pine nuts in a food processor or blender and mix.
  2. Slowly add half of the Olive Oil to incorporate ingredients, then add the Parmesan cheese and blend.
  3. Add the remaining olive oil and ingredients and blend.
  4. Serve on the top of the pizza.
