Pesto Ricotta Sauce
The perfect Sauce for our Lobster Pesto Pizza.

Ingredients
4.5 | cups | basil leaves, cleaned, packed |
1.5 | cups | extra virgin olive oil |
5 | cloves | garlic |
1/2 | cup | pine nuts |
1/4 | cup | lemon juice |
3/4 | cup | Parmesan cheese, shredded |
1 | cup | ricotta cheese |
black pepper to taste | ||
sal to taste |
Directions
- Combine garlic, basil and pine nuts in a food processor or blender and mix.
- Slowly add half of the Olive Oil to incorporate ingredients, then add the Parmesan cheese and blend.
- Add the remaining olive oil and ingredients and blend.
- Serve on the top of the pizza.
