Ingredients
3 | tablespoons | pine nuts |
1.5 | cups | basil |
3/4 | cup | Parmesan, fresh shred |
1 | clove | garlic |
1/2 | cup | olive oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions
- Toast the Pine nuts in a dry sauté pan until they begin to lightly smoke.
- In a food processor, blend the pine nuts, basil, cheese, garlic and a pinch of sea salt. Once blended, with the processor still on med hi, slowly add the oil until you get a smooth creamy consistency.
