Directions
- Prepare the Parmesan Pollock according to package instructions and 165°F internal temperature.
- Spoon about 2 ounces of the arrabbiata sauce over each portion of pollock. Add 2 slices of fresh mozzarella on each and bake until cheese is melted.
- Place the polenta on the plate. Add the pollock on top of the polenta and top with additional arrabbiata sauce.
- Garnish with fresh basil and olives.
