Directions
- Prepare the Parmesan Pollock according to package instructions and 165°F internal temperature.
- Spread the garlic butter over the bread and toast in the oven.
- Spoon the marinara sauce over the pollock and melt the provolone on top of the pollock and marinara.
- Spread pesto on both sides of the garlic bread and add the pollock with the marinara and the melted provolone cheese.
