4 Slices Mortadella, Sliced
2 Each Eggs, Poached
4 Ounces Roasted Tomato Hollandaise
As Desired Oregano Leaves, Fresh

Directions

  1. Prepare the Parmesan Krabbycakes® according to package instructions and 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Poach the eggs and heat up the mortadella.
  3. Add the mortadella and the poached egg over the Krabbycakes® and top with the roasted tomato hollandaise sauce.
