Parmesan and Herbs Ring and Tentacle Calamari

Menu Part


1 Pouch Lightly Breaded Ring and Tentacle Calamari (Item# 041250)
2 Ounces Butter
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary, Finely Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme, Finely Chopped
1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
To Taste Black Pepper
3 Ounces Marinara Sauce
3 Each Lemon Wedge, Garnish
2 Sprigs Parsley, Garnish


  1. Preheat the fryer to 350°F. Fry the Mrs. Friday’s® Ring and Tentacle Calamari for 1 ½ minutes or 165°F internal temperature. Set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat butter on medium heat until browned slightly. Add garlic and allow to brown for an additional minute. Remove from heat and reserve.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss Mrs. Friday’s® Ring and Tentacle Calamari in about 1 oz. of the butter and garlic mixture. Add the rosemary, thyme, Parmesan cheese, black pepper and continue to toss.
  4. Serve hot with a 4 oz. warmed ramekin of marinara sauce, and garnish with parsley and lemon wedge.
