1 Each Oven Ready Parmesan Crusted Krabbycakes® 3 oz. (Item# 073580)
2 Each Prosciutto, Slices
3 Ounces Taleggio Cheese
1/2 Cup Baby Arugula, Tossed with EVOO, Salt and Pepper
3 Ounces Sundried Tomato Paste
1 Each Ciabatta Bun

Directions

  1. Prepare the Parmesan Krabbycake according to package instructions and 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Top the Krabbycake with the prosciutto and cheese and heat until the cheese is melted.
  3. Toast the ciabatta bread on a flat top.
  4. Smear both sides of the bread with the sundried tomato pesto.
  5. Place the Krabbycake on the bottom bun, top with arugula, add top bun and enjoy.
