Panko Crusted Tilapia with Roasted Vegetables and Ancient Grains

1 Each Panko Crusted Tilapia (Item# 072020)
1 Cup Blended Wild Rice And Quinoa (Mixed with Apples and Oranges)
1 Cup Roasted Vegetables
1/2 Ounce Apple, Diced
1/2 Ounce Fresh Orange Segments Chopped


  1. Bake or fry fish to box instructions until 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Cook wild rice and quinoa. Blend wild rice and quinoa with fruit.
  3. Roast vegetables and place onto the middle of the plate.
  4. Place the wild rice and quinoa next to the vegetables.
  5. Top with the Panko Crusted Tilapia.
