Directions
- Bake or fry fish to box instructions until 165°F internal temperature.
- Cook wild rice and quinoa. Blend wild rice and quinoa with fruit.
- Roast vegetables and place onto the middle of the plate.
- Place the wild rice and quinoa next to the vegetables.
- Top with the Panko Crusted Tilapia.
