Panko Breaded Pollock Lumpia

10 Each Oven Ready Breaded Pollock Fillets 1 oz. (Item# 075470)
10 Each Spring Roll Wrappers
1 Cup Lumpia Sauce
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 Teaspoon Ginger
1 Teaspoon Garlic
1/2 Cup Scallions
1/2 Cup Carrots
1 Cup Cabbage
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
10 Sprigs Cilantro, Fresh


  1. Fry or bake pollock as per cooking instructions. Minimum internal temperature 165°F.
  2. Wrap pollock in spring roll wrap with sauteed vegetables.
  3. Fry till wrapper is golden brown.
  4. Serve with filipino lumpia sauce.
  5. Garnish with cilantro.
