Directions
- Fry or bake pollock as per cooking instructions. Minimum internal temperature 165°F.
- Wrap pollock in spring roll wrap with sauteed vegetables.
- Fry till wrapper is golden brown.
- Serve with filipino lumpia sauce.
- Garnish with cilantro.
