Pan Seared Lobster Cakes with Lemon Tarragon Aioli

Lemon Tarragon Aioli: | ||
1/4 | Cup | Mayonnaise |
1 | Clove | Garlic, Paste |
1 | Teaspoon | Tarragon, Chopped |
1/2 | Teaspoon | Lemon, Fresh, Juice |
1/4 | Teaspoon | Lemon Zest |
1/4 | Teaspoon | Pepper, Black, Fresh Ground |
Garnish: | ||
Lemon, Wedge | ||
Tarragon Leaves, Torn |
Directions
- Fold the Lobster Sensations® with the crumb, egg, mayo, scallions, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let chill for at least 1 hour. Form into desired cakes.
- To make the aioli mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and chill.
- Sauté or bake the Lobster Sensations® cakes until golden and serve with the aioli.
- Garnish with torn tarragon leaves and fresh lemon wedge.
