Directions
- Cook the Chef Dusted® Pacific Oysters in a 350°F Fryer to an internal temperature of 165°F
- Scramble the eggs with milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg and in a skillet add the butter and the eggs to make an omelet.
- Add the oysters and top with bacon, scallions and hot sauce if desired.
