Nashville Hot Buttermilk Fried Shrimp Sliders with Tangy Southern Slaw

24 Each Jumbo Buttermilk Shrimp (Item# 057367)
12 Each Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
3/4 Cup Nashville Hot Sauce
16 Ounces Slaw Mix
1 Cup Cole Slaw Dressing


  1. For the slaw, mix the cole slaw dressing and slaw mix together.
  2. Fry shrimp in oil at 350°F for 2 1/2-2 3/4 minutes or until golden brown and with an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Toss the shrimp with the Nashville hot sauce, put on bun and then top with slaw.
