Nashville Beer Battered Shrimp Po’ Boy

Ingredients

10 Each Craft Beer Battered™ Shrimp (Item# 097699)
1 Each 10 Inch Hoagie Roll, Toasted
1/2 Cup Vinegar-Based Coleslaw
1/2 Cup Nashville Hot Sauce
8 Each Sweet Butter Pickle Chips
1/4 Each Green Onion, Chopped

Directions

  1. Fry shrimp at 350°F until golden brown and 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Toast hoagie roll.
  3. Toss shrimp into Nashville hot sauce mix.
  4. Place coleslaw on bottom of hoagie roll. Layer pickle chips on top of coleslaw. Place sauced Craft Beer Battered™ shrimp on top.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onion.
