Mustard and Lime Dipping Sauce

Tangy, savory and creamy, this play on flavors pairs well with the sweet lobster pups or the crispy flounder.

Menu Part


1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon packed saffron threads
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1 tablespoon caper juice
2 tablespoons fresh oregano
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine water and saffron to steep.
  2. In a food processor, combine remaining ingredients with saffron and water. Process until smooth.
