1 | teaspoon | packed saffron threads |
2 | cups | mayonnaise |
2 | tablespoons | capers, drained |
1 | tablespoon | caper juice |
2 | tablespoons | fresh oregano |
2 | cloves | garlic |
1 | tablespoon | lemon juice |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
- Combine water and saffron to steep.
- In a food processor, combine remaining ingredients with saffron and water. Process until smooth.
