½ Cup Old Bay Aioli
As Needed Old Bay, Garnish


  1. Thaw 5 Gourmet Seafood Cakes and break them into 1 ounce cakes. Form to make mini crab cakes.
  2. On a flat top or sauté pan sear the cake till they are golden and 165°F.
  3. Garnish with Old Bay and Old Bay Aioli.
