½ | Cup | Old Bay Aioli |
As Needed | Old Bay, Garnish |
Directions
- Thaw 5 Gourmet Seafood Cakes and break them into 1 ounce cakes. Form to make mini crab cakes.
- On a flat top or sauté pan sear the cake till they are golden and 165°F.
- Garnish with Old Bay and Old Bay Aioli.
