Mexican Street Corn Crab Salsa

1 Pound Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
1 Pound Frozen Corn
1/4 Cup Fresh Salsa
1/2 Cup Mayo
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro
3/4 Cup Queso Fresco
2 Each Limes, Zested, Juiced
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Tabasco® Sauce
1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
2 Tablespoons Butter
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper


  1. Sauté corn with butter until golden brown.
  2. Let cool and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add all ingredients except crab and mix well.
  4. Gently fold in Crab Sensations®. .
  5. Wrap and let chill.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
