1 Each Oven Ready Breaded Pollock Fillets 3-4 oz. (Item# 075414)
1 Each Telera Roll
3 Ounces Al Pastor Jamón, Sliced
2 Ounces Oaxaca Cheese
1 Each Poblano Pepper, Charred, Peeled
3 Ounces Cilantro Lime Crema

Directions

  1. Prepare the Oven Ready Pollock according to package instructions and 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Toast the Telera roll. Spread cilantro lime crema on both sides of the roll.
  3. Place the al pastor jamón, poblano peppers and Oaxaca cheese on top of the Pollock and heat until warm and cheese is oozing
  4. Add to roll and serve hot.
