Mediterranean Crab and Seafood Flatbread

Chunks of Jumbo Crab Sensations™ with extra virgin olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, sliced basil and shredded mozzarella cheese topped with caramelized onions.

3 Ounces Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
1 Each Flatbread
1 Ounce Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1.5 Ounces Caramelized Onions, Cooked, Chilled
1/4 Cup Sun Dried Tomato
1 Cup Pizza Cheese
As Needed Chopped Basil


  1. Coat the flatbread with the olive oil leaving 1/8 inch around the edge of the dough.
  2. Cover flatbread in crab spread out evenly and then sprinkle onion around the flatbread and place the tomato around the onion.
  3. Layer with cheese and then bake to order in a hot pizza oven.
  4. Bake in a 375°F convection oven until golden brown in color and remove and top with chopped basil.
  5. Slice into pieces and serve.
