Mason Jar Elote Crab Sensations Shaker Salad

Shake up your Salad Game with a Crabby Twist featuring our Crab Sensations®!

Ingredients

1 Cup (Item# )
1/2 Cup Corn, Roasted
1/2 Cup Cucumber, Diced
1/2 Cup Tomato, Grape, Halved
1/4 Cup Cotija Cheese
1 Cup Romaine, Chopped
Lime Tajin Dressing:
2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
3 Tablespoons Canola Oil
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon Cilantro, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Honey or Agave
To Taste Tajin

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients for lime Tajin dressing.
  2. Add Lime Tajin dressing to the bottom of the 16 oz mason jar.
  3. Next add Crab Sensations to the dressing on top of dressing.
  4. Layer all other salad ingredients into mason jar keeping in mind color contrast. The lettuce should be last, so it doesn’t get soggy.
  5. Shake vigorously and enjoy.
