Directions
- Break apart 1/4 of the lump Crab Sensations.
- Fold ingredients into a loose mixture. Let set for 2 hours.
- Scoop into cakes (1.5 ounce size).
- Bake fry or sauté (recommend sauté to get color).
- Cook burger to order.
- Toast roll to golden brown.
- Place lettuce, tomato and burger on bottom bun. Top with Lobster mix and place top bun of to the side and serve.
