9 Each Panko Breaded Small Oysters 26/34 ct. (Item# 53829)
3 Each Spring Roll Rice Paper Wraps
1/2 Ounce Rice Stick Noodles (Vermicelli), Dry
1/2 Each Mango, Julienne
1/2 Each Avocado, Julienne
1/4 Cup Red Cabbage, Shredded
1 Each Carrots, Julienne
1/4 Each European Cucumber, Julienne
12 Each Cilantro Leaves
12 Each Mint Leaves
3 Ounces Spicy Peanut Sauce
Thai Basil
Toasted Peanuts, Ground


  1. Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Fry the Panko Dusted Oysters according to package instructions to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Divide the filling ingredients between the three wraps and roll them tightly.
  4. Cut in half and display on a plate with Thai basil, toasted Peanuts and spicy peanut sauce.
