Lobster Waffle Sliders

Create and serve these irresistible mini waffle sliders, featuring our Lobster Sensations. Then piled high with fried green tomatoes and fresh lettuce.

Menu Part


4 Ounces Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
2 Small Waffles, Round Or Square
1 Cup Tempura Batter Prepared
4 Tablespoons Maple Cream Aioli
2 Green Tomatillos, Fried
2 Pieces Green Leaf Lettuce
1 Each Small Jar Pickled Vegetables, On Side


  1. Break up the lobster pieces by hand and then dip into the batter.
  2. Shake off the excess and then fry them at 350°F for 2.5 minutes until internal 165°F. Drain well.
  3. Heat up the waffles to get them hot.
  4. Spread the maple aioli onto both the top and bottom waffle.
  5. Fry the breaded tomatillos at 350°F until golden and then drain.
  6. Place the green leaf slice atop the aioli.
  7. Place the lobster pull apart atop the lettuce and then top with the tomatillo and the second waffle.
  8. Place a pick through each slider and serve with the jar of marinated vegetables.
