Lobster “Sushi” Breakfast Roll
Succulent lobster and seafood pair with crunchy breaded Gold Pack® Fantail Shrimp and creamy avocado, rolled up in a scrambled egg sheet. Try this unique breakfast sushi roll!

12 | Each | Gold Pack Round Shrimp 16/20 ct. (Item# 013120) |
8 | Each | Eggs |
1 | Each | Avocado |
1/2 | Cup | Mayonnaise |
2 | Tablespoon | Sriracha |
1 | Tablespoon | Lemon juice |
6 | Each | Masago Eggs |
1 | Each | Scallion, Chopped |
1 | Each | Cilantro, Chopped |
Directions
- Preheat fryer to 350°F.
- Combine Lobster Sensations with mayo, sriracha and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Over medium flame, heat saute pan and spray with pan release. Ladle in 4 ounces of egg and allow to spread into a thin layer and cook fully. Slide out of pan and prepare to add filling.
- Fry shrimp 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked until 165°F internal temperature. Remove tails and cut shrimp in half. Slice avocado.
- Assemble “sushi rolls” by placing a scoop of lobster, 6 shrimp halves and 3-4 thin slices of avocado to the side of each egg “sheet”. Spread along the edge and roll. Garnish with more avocado, chopped cilantro and masago eggs.
