Ingredients

4 Ounces Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
8 Ounces Bavarian Pretzel Dough
4 Ounces Cheese, Butterkäse, Shredded
Whole Grain Dijon Butter:
1 Each Shallot, Julienne
1 Cup White Wine
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
8 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Whole Grain Dijon
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper
Garnish:
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Teaspoon Garlic, Chopped
1 Teaspoon Parsley, Chopped

Directions

  1. Prepare and shape the dough, Cook according to your instructions.
  2. Add the Butterkäse cheese, Lobster Sensations, garlic, butter and parsley. Bake until cheese is melted.
  3. Reduce the shallots in white wine. Add the cream and reduce by one third. Add in the butter with a whisk and take off heat.
  4. Add the whole grain mustard and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve the whole grain Dijon butter with the warm pretzels.
