4 | Ounces | Cheese, Butterkäse, Shredded |
Whole Grain Dijon Butter: | ||
1 | Each | Shallot, Julienne |
1 | Cup | White Wine |
1/2 | Cup | Heavy Cream |
8 | Tablespoons | Butter |
2 | Tablespoons | Whole Grain Dijon |
To Taste | Salt | |
To Taste | Pepper | |
Garnish: | ||
2 | Tablespoons | Butter |
1 | Teaspoon | Garlic, Chopped |
1 | Teaspoon | Parsley, Chopped |
Directions
- Prepare and shape the dough, Cook according to your instructions.
- Add the Butterkäse cheese, Lobster Sensations, garlic, butter and parsley. Bake until cheese is melted.
- Reduce the shallots in white wine. Add the cream and reduce by one third. Add in the butter with a whisk and take off heat.
- Add the whole grain mustard and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the whole grain Dijon butter with the warm pretzels.
