Lobster & Seafood Poke Wonton Tacos
These wonton tacos pack a crunch. The wonton shells are layered with our Lobster Sensations®, ginger, scallions, soy sauce. Then topped with some avocado wasabi sauce and cilantro.

1/4 | Pound | Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610) |
2 | Teaspoons | Soy Sauce |
1 | Teaspoon | Ginger, Fresh, Minced |
2 | Tablespoons | Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped |
2 | Tablespoons | Scallions, Chopped |
1/2 | Teaspoon | Sesame Oil |
4 | Each | Egg Roll Wrappers, Large, Square, Fried |
1/8 | Cup | Avocado Wasabi Sauce |
Garnish | Cilantro | |
To Taste | Pepper |
Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and let it chill for 2 hours.
- Fry the egg roll wrappers like a taco shell.
- Put lobster & seafood poke in the shells, top with some avocado wasabi sauce and cilantro.
