Directions
- Pipe Gournay cheese on crispy wonton skins.
- Lay Lobster Sensations around the Gournay cheese and stack twice.
- Bake until cheese and Lobster Sensations are hot.
- Put finished Napoleon in middle of plate.
- Garnish with sauce.
